General Policies

 

 

Appointments - We offer a limited number of same day appointments.  Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to register.  If you are unable to keep your appointment, call our office the day before to cancel or reschedule. 

Insurance - We accept most types of insurance.  If you have any questions about coverage, please call first to be sure we are on your provider list.  Please have your insurance card available at each visit to ensure we have your correct plan information or we appreciate your payment in full upon completion of your visit.

Privacy - You put a great deal of trust in us by choosing Alpine Medical Group for your health care needs.  We take this responsibility seriously and will respect your right to privacy by protecting and never sharing your health information with anyone without your permission.

Contact Us - If you have a question for your provider or his/her nurse, please leave a voice message and you will get a return call as soon as possible. This will keep you from being put on hold during peak hours.  However, you may press 0 at any time to talk to a receptionist.  We will have the capability soon to be contacted by email.
